These terms apply when you book or pay for any program offered by Aryan Lohia ("I", "me") under the name Easy with Aaryan through this website. By paying for a program, you agree to them.
1. The services
I offer personalised, one-to-one AI training delivered live online (and in person in Siliguri where agreed):
- AI Clarity Session: one 90-minute session.
- AI Growth Plan: four 90-minute sessions, one per week.
- AI Implementation Intensive: four guided build sessions for one project, under a written scope agreed before payment.
Program content and deliverables are described on each program page. They're tailored to your goals, so the exact agenda may vary.
2. Booking & payment
- Full payment is due before the first session, by UPI or bank transfer, using the details I share once your slot is confirmed. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
- Instalments, where offered, must be agreed in writing before the program starts.
- After payment you'll receive a link to book your session and a short needs assessment.
- The AI Growth Plan must be completed within 6 weeks of the first session unless we agree otherwise.
3. Rescheduling, cancellation & refunds
Each session can be rescheduled 1 time with at least 24 hours' notice. Payments are non-refundable except where I fail to deliver a paid session. Full details are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Support between sessions
Support is limited to what's listed for your program (for the Growth Plan: assignment feedback and one short follow-up clarification per week). Ongoing or unlimited consulting isn't included.
5. Your responsibilities
- Attend on time with a working device and internet connection.
- Don't share confidential, personal or regulated data in sessions unless we've agreed how it will be handled.
- Review and verify AI-generated output before relying on it. AI tools can be wrong.
- Comply with the terms of any third-party AI tools you use.
6. Third-party tools & costs
Sessions may use third-party software and AI services. Any costs for these are yours, and are only incurred with your approval. I'm not responsible for changes, outages or pricing of third-party services.
7. Intellectual property
- Templates, guides and reference materials I provide are for your personal or internal business use and may not be resold or redistributed.
- Work you create in sessions is yours.
- For the Implementation Intensive, ownership of the prototype and code is set out in your written scope.
8. Recordings
Sessions aren't recorded unless we both agree in advance.
9. No guaranteed results
I commit to delivering the agreed training process and deliverables. I don't guarantee income, employment, academic results, business growth or flawless AI output; outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances.
10. Implementation scope
An Implementation Intensive produces a prototype within the agreed scope. Production deployment, hosting, security hardening, monitoring and ongoing maintenance are not included unless quoted separately in writing.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the amount you paid for that program. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
12. Conduct
I may end a program without refund if a participant is abusive or uses the training for unlawful purposes.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
14. Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you paid applies to your program.
