Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Aryan Lohia (Easy with Aaryan) collects and uses your personal data, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What I collect
- Details you give me through forms (enquiries, applications, needs assessments, feedback): name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, role, goals and anything else you choose to share.
- Payment information: payments are made by UPI or bank transfer. I keep the transaction reference and amount for my records, never your card details or banking passwords.
- Session information you share while we work together.
- Usage data such as pages visited, device type and how you arrived (including campaign tags), collected through analytics and advertising tools when they're enabled (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity). These use cookies or similar technologies.
2. How I use it
- To respond to enquiries, deliver and personalise your program, and send booking details.
- To process payments and keep records required by law.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it, and to measure advertising.
- To publish testimonials, only with your explicit permission.
3. Who I share it with
I don't sell your data. It's shared only with services that help run the business: my bank and payment apps (to receive payments), scheduling tools, email/WhatsApp, form automation tools, and the analytics providers listed above. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
4. How long I keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Client and payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask for earlier deletion where the law allows.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent (for example, for a published testimonial), or raise a grievance. Email aryan@theaihive.org and I'll respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies help measure visits and ad performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to what's needed to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't share sensitive personal data you don't need to.
